Warranty Information

Warranty Duration

All purchases are guaranteed free of defects with exchanges and returns allowed within 30-days of receipt. Warranty is provided for a total of one year unless otherwise noted in each item description.

Warranty Terms

Limited Warranty covers parts and labor. All warranty claims require review and the item be inspected/tested prior to it being repaired or replaced. Warranty does not cover accidents, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please send us a message so we can help determine the correct resolution. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and tracking is required for all packages sent to us. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and tested. If deemed defective, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced item back to the customer. If the item is to be found fully operational, free of defects, or abused/misused, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
