    Hands-Free Functionality for the HELIX BT HD STREAMER
    The BT HD Hands-Free Microphone Kit is the perfect addition to the BT HD STREAMER and enables seamless integration of a convenient hands-free functionality with superior audio quality, without the need for any modifications of the head unit.

    Voice-optimized Frequency Response
    The microphone features an optimized cardioid polar pattern for clear voice recordings. This is specifically designed to precisely capture the driver's voice while effectively reducing ambient noise for crystal-clear communication during the drive.

    Echo Cancelling and Noise Suppression Technology:

    • Noise Suppression (Noise Cancelling): The algorithm in the BT chip of the HELIX BT HD STREAMERS filters out background noises such as vehicle sounds and road noise, enabling clear communication during driving.
    • Echo Suppression: This function prevents echoes during the conversation by minimizing the audio feedback between the speaker and microphone, improving the sound quality of the conversation.
    • Voice Enhancement: This optimizes the driver's voice recording by improving the clarity and intelligibility of the voice and reducing background noise. In addition, the automatic volume correction adjusts differences in conversation volume, making even distant persons easily understandable.

    Convenient Control Options
    For the specialist dealer or experienced DIY installer, the included cable set enables the connection of "optional buttons", allowing important functions such as "track forward", "track back" and "accept call" or "reject call" to be controlled externally. It also offers easy pairing of new smartphones for maximum flexibility and convenience.

    If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund the full price of the merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in as-new fully re-saleable condition in the original box and include all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in as new re-saleable condition or are damaged. 

    Upon receipt of your order you are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours. 

    If you believe your item is defective please notify us immediately so we can help troubleshoot and provide a replacement or warranty service (if applicable).  We will provide a return shipping label and a replacement will be sent after the defective item has been received and tested by our technician.

    To request a return/exchange, please send us a message so we can assign a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective. Please note that tracking is required for all packages returned back to us.
