    This series consists of two- and three-way systems, each bearing Morel's signature acoustics, providing car Hi-Fi enthusiasts with complete system design flexibility. The Virtus Series embodies Morel's technological advancements, including a compact woofer chassis design that allows the speakers to fit into tight installation spaces, new MXR crossover technology, soft dome tweeters, and refined acoustic parameters. This combination of features gives the Virtus Series a natural sound, detailed high frequencies, and vibrant bass.

    If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund the full price of the merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in as-new fully re-saleable condition in the original box and include all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in as new re-saleable condition or are damaged. 

    Upon receipt of your order you are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours. 

    If you believe your item is defective please notify us immediately so we can help troubleshoot and provide a replacement or warranty service (if applicable).  We will provide a return shipping label and a replacement will be sent after the defective item has been received and tested by our technician.

     

    Return/Exchange Process


    To request a return/exchange, please send us a message so we can assign a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective. Please note that tracking is required for all packages returned back to us.
