While many Class-AB amplifiers use a traditional combination of N-Channel and P-Channel transistors, the PRO EVO series follows a more sophisticated approach.

Only two identical N-Channel MOSFETs are used in the output stages. As a result, both halves of the signal behave almost identically from an electrical standpoint and follow the music signal with the same speed and precision.

The result is exceptionally linear amplification with high impulse accuracy, stable control, and extraordinarily natural sound reproduction.

Symmetry you can hear.

In a conventional power amplifier stage, N-Channel and P-Channel transistors differ by design in their electrical characteristics.

These differences can lead to minimal asymmetries within the audio signal.

For this reason, the PRO EVO series relies on a pure N-Channel output stage.

Because both transistors are identically designed, they operate with the same switching times, capacitances, and identical frequency response characteristics.

This reduces unwanted distortion and achieves exceptionally balanced and uncolored sound reproduction.

More control over the loudspeaker.

The output stage of the PRO EVO amplifiers features an exceptionally low output impedance.

This allows the amplifier to control the movements of the loudspeaker much more precisely and manage the back-EMF effects of the voice coil more effectively.

Especially during bass impulses, fast kick drums, or dynamic musical passages, playback remains controlled, precise, and clean.

The result is a tighter bass range with high precision and significantly improved impulse accuracy.

Engineered for high power. Built for extended load conditions.

By design, N-Channel MOSFETs have lower losses than comparable P-Channel devices.

Lower power losses mean less heat generation and higher efficiency within the output stage.

As a result, the PRO EVO amplifiers remain stable and powerful even under high load and during extended listening sessions.

The available energy is used where it belongs: controlling the loudspeaker.

Sophisticated technology for maximum linearity.

The use of two identical N-Channel MOSFETs is significantly more complex than a conventional output stage design.

To ensure that both transistors always operate within their optimal operating range, the PRO EVO series uses a microprocessor-controlled drive system with specially developed driver and energy storage circuits.

This ensures that the output stages remain stable even during voltage fluctuations in the vehicle and always operate within their intended linear range.

The result is clean signal amplification with high dynamics and exceptional sound fidelity.

Precise signal adjustment without potentiometers.

The input sensitivity can be adjusted independently for each channel via DIP switches.
This enables repeatable and long-lasting settings without mechanical wear components.

Adjustment is performed in 0.25-volt increments within a range of 1 to 8.75 volts.

Optimized DirectDSP Input

The integrated DirectDSP input enables direct connection to external DSP systems.

Because additional signal processing within the amplifier is eliminated, the audio signal remains unchanged and low-loss.
This is particularly relevant for fully DSP-based systems.
