    If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund the full price of the merchandise within 30 days of delivery.     To request a return/exchange, please send us a message so we can assign a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
